Refund policy

Purbolics, LLC accepts returns of merchandise provided they were not a closeout or discontinued items and you contact us about the return within 7 days of purchase. Returns for items after 7 days of purchase shall only be provided on a special basis deemed by management.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return a product, you must contact Purbolics, LLC via email providing us with the following information:

• Order number
• Quantity
• Reason for return (damaged, incorrect item, customer error, etc.)
   

RETURN PROCESS

When Purbolics, LLC receives the above three items we would provide further details on how to return the product.

Purbolics, LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments. No COD returns will be accepted. Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be in a resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or dissatisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged item, at Purbolics, LLC's discretion, we will either (a) provide free return shipping for the defective or damaged item and ship a replacement item or (b) ship replacement parts to restore the item to its advertised condition.

In the event of missing products, Purbolics, LLC must be contacted within 24 hours of your receipt of the shipment. Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned. No Cash refunds given on returns.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCT POLICY

Inventory availability is not guaranteed. Customers will be notified via e-mail regarding out-of-stock products. Split shipments are available upon customer approval in the event the order cannot be shipped complete from one warehouse.

ORDER PROCESSING

Purbolics, LLC Store is unable to make any alterations to orders after they have been submitted.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation requests must be emailed to Purbolics, LLC within 30 minutes of the submission of the original purchase order. Purbolics, LLC cannot guarantee any cancellations received after 30 minutes of the submission of the original purchase order.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

All domestic residential and military orders will be shipped USPS ground unless a more cost-effective and traceable method is available. Purbolics reserves the right to make all decisions of carriers.  All USPS shipping charges will be calculated by Purbolics, LLC but we only charge a flat fee of $5.95 regardless of the size of the order. Any address changes, cancellations, or delivery interceptions to processed orders will incur a $10.00 charge. All orders returned to Purbolics, LLC due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be subject to a $10.00 charge and a 10% restocking fee.
